R&D Technologies’ in-house additive manufacturing center offers the full range of PolyJet, Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and Solidscape printing technologies to our customers. Our team of engineers work with you to determine the perfect material and technology for your specific application. Customers can also review the different technologies and processes we offer and can advise our engineers of the desired technology.

Our additive manufacturing center has some of the most cutting-edge 3D printing machines available on the market. Our Polyjet lineup this includes a Stratasys J850 which allows us to print over 500,000 different color combinations, PANTONE certified colors, simulated flexible rubbers, and transparent materials in order to create some truly remarkable final products. Our FDM inventory has access to all of the available Stratasys thermoplastics, and our machines include the Fortus 900 which allows for large scale or high volume printing.
R&D Technologies is also a partner of Stratasys and a part of their Global Manufacturing Network (GMN). Beyond the international outreach our GMN membership provides our additive manufacturing center is one of only seven manufacturers in the United States. GMN membership also allows us access to other various technologies, capabilities, and capacity to help pair you up with the correct process for your project, and see it completed in a timely fashion.
