2. Afternoon Keynote Address:
   • Ned Gordon, Senior Business Leader at the Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI) in Manchester
   • Ned will present on the future of biomanufacturing and provide an overview of innovations shaping regenerative manufacturing. With a background in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and life sciences, his session will give attendees an in-depth look at how ARMI is transforming regenerative medicine and manufacturing. A Q&A session will follow the keynote.

Special Events:

• Women in Leadership Panel: This dynamic session will feature a panel of successful women from various industries, including Amanda Grappone Osmer (Chief Vision Officer, Grappone Automotive), Maria Probst (President, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in NH), and moderated by Emily Benson (Employee Success Officer, Benwood). The panelists will share their personal leadership journeys, challenges, and strategies for success. A Q&A session will follow.
• The Workforce Room: This dedicated space will focus on workforce development and talent acquisition. Attendees can engage with experts to address workforce challenges faced by manufacturers and discover training programs and solutions to these pressing issues.
